How much do you love Jesus?

We often say in prayer and songs that we love God. Yet, how much do we really love Him? Do we only love when all is good? The time of a worship service? Or do we mean every word of it? Times are evil and even more difficult times are coming because of increasing lawlessness and wickedness. “Anti-discrimination” Laws, political correctness, and the world’s antichrist mentality are making witnessing for the Lord more and more arduous around the globe every day. A dear servant

Luke 7:1-10 probably relates one of the greatest demonstrations of faith that could be found in the Scriptures. The passage is about the confession of faith of a Roman centurion who believed Jesus could heal his servant by simply speaking the word of his recovery. On a different angle, Luke 7:1-10 is also the story of a terminally ill man, whose master went the extra mile to save his life… Because he was “dear to him”. Holiday season questions and remarks

Now that the ‘holiday season’ has passed, let us ask ourselves some pertinent questions. How come the world that has rejected Christ and His teaching come together to celebrate ‘his birthday’? Did Jesus instructed us to commemorate His birthday? Did the apostles and first disciples celebrate Christmas, if so, where is the literature on this subject in the Scriptures?
